Katrina, my travel consultant, helped with my family’s trip to South Korea and had such amazing customer service!! The store was very clean and everyone was so welcoming, and Kat made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The app that they use to track all of your documents and itinerary is very efficient and easy to use as well!! The trip was also so amazing and would definitely recommend South Korea for anyone thinking about it — especially if you are wanting to ski/snowboard!

We have been using Katrina at Chirn Park Travel for a number of years now and have always booked with complete peace of mind that every detail of our trip is considered and taken care of.

We have just arrived back from an amazing holiday in Koh Samui, which was wonderful.

Having the travel app with regular, live updates made traveling so straightforward and no stress as we were made aware of any gate changes etc at the airport ahead of time so there was never any stress.

For 6 years Katrina Richmond has booked us the best holidays. She is thorough with an attention to detail like no other.
Holidays are for relaxing and she takes care of everything so that is exactly what you do when you book with her.
So often our friends share their stories of overseeing a detail in a flight and it really dampening their experience. Never for us!

Kyra at Chirn Park Travel is by far the best travel agent I have ever used! For the past decade I have booked trips without a travel agent, but after having a baby and life being quite chaotic I just wanted someone else to plan our Bali trip details for us. Kyra was prompt from the moment I enquired and presented me with a shortlist of options. She found us the best flights and managed our travel insurance. She also looked into accommodation and was honest about the villa we found ourselves potentially being a good fit. I appreciated this honesty and that she genuinely wanted the best for us. I particularly loved that Kyra summarised the key visa and arrival documents required to enter Bali. I had been a couple of years ago and it was so hard to find all the pieces to fill in - so with Kyra, they were just all in the one spot, so easy! The app made showing details like the flight info easy and I really loved the attention to detail - wishing us well before our trip and upon our return too. When we had to move villas due to sudden flooding in the area, Kyra promptly answered my question around travel insurance (despite being away herself I believe). If you want absolute top service that's honest and caring (it's so hard to find service this caring and of this quality these days!), I strongly recommend Kyra Hickson. She is an absolute diamond. Thank yo Kyra!!
