For the past decade I have booked trips without a travel agent, but after having a baby and life being quite chaotic I just wanted someone else to plan our Bali trip details for us. Kyra was prompt from the moment I enquired and presented me with a shortlist of options. She found us the best flights and managed our travel insurance. She also looked into accommodation and was honest about the villa we found ourselves potentially being a good fit. I appreciated this honesty and that she genuinely wanted the best for us. I particularly loved that Kyra summarised the key visa and arrival documents required to enter Bali. I had been a couple of years ago and it was so hard to find all the pieces to fill in - so with Kyra, they were just all in the one spot, so easy! The app made showing details like the flight info easy and I really loved the attention to detail - wishing us well before our trip and upon our return too. When we had to move villas due to sudden flooding in the area, Kyra promptly answered my question around travel insurance (despite being away herself I believe).
