Amanda Graham
“I love my job (if you can call it that!),” says Amanda, who’s part of the amazing team at Chirn Park Travel Associates. “My goal is to help you create your ideal holiday, making it seamless so all you need to do it pack your bags and go travel the world.”
Amanda can make every kind of dream escape come true, from round-the-world sojourns to beach breaks, cruises and so much more. She is especially passionate about crafting amazing family holidays. “As a Mum myself, and having travelled with my two children, I can give a lot of advice and tips to other families off on their very first important family holiday together”. She also has a knack for planning holidays around sporting events.
With over nine years’ experience as a travel consultant, Amanda is professional and she takes pride in perfecting every booking. In her client testimonial, Rebecca Crawshaw wrote that Amanda is “highly recommended” and her “number one travel consultant”. She wrote: “Since 2009 she has booked all our travel near and far. Helping us explore wonderful countries and experience new adventures. Highly recommend.”
Another client, Brendon Goff, wrote: “We've dealt with Amanda on numerous occasions when booking holidays over the last few years. Whether it be a short cruise or a long overseas holiday, Amanda has shown a great deal of knowledge and provided a great deal of assistance to us to ensure our experience is as easy and stress-free as possible.”
In dealing with her clients, Amanda has a wealth of personal experiences and advice to draw on. She has touched foot in over 20 countries across the world, including Canada, Fiji, Germany, China, New Zealand, the USA and UK.
If she had to pick one place to go back to, it would be New York. “It is such a vibrant city. Whether you are sitting in a cafe people-watching, walking the streets of the Upper West Side or travelling by boat to the Statue of Liberty, there are just so many options for every type of traveller.”
Another favourite memory for Amanda is visiting Lake Louise in Canada for the very first time. “We were at dinner in the hotel restaurant with a window seat overlooking the lake, and next thing snow started to fall. It was so amazing to see, as we have nothing like that at home.” Amy Slater

Ben Farrell
Like the rest of the Chirn Park team, Ben is a passionate traveller. When he’s not busy arranging dream getaways for clients, he spends his time searching out new and exciting destinations to explore.
With more than a decade of experience in the industry, Ben has travelled extensively, with a focus on small ship cruising, wildlife expeditions and “bucket list” destinations.
When asked about travel highlights, Ben puts some truly wild encounters at the top of his list.
“Seeing a family of grizzly bears fish for salmon in remote British Columbia, diving with curious iguanas in the Galapagos Islands or coming face to face with a 600kg bison in Yellowstone National Park were all pretty unforgettable experiences”
As a travel adviser, Ben uses these experiences to help clients plan and book far-flung trips of their own.
This passion for remote journeys has made Ben something of an airfare expert. His knowledge of economy, business and first-class airfares helps him deliver complex itineraries and travel savings for both corporate and leisure clients.
No matter the destination, or style of trip, Ben believes in working closely with clients to ensure they will always get the most out of their travel. Chelsea Small

Kyra Hickson
“I love assisting travellers to make their dream a reality,” says Kyra at Chirn Park Travel Associates. “Whether it be adding a new city to the trip, recommending a restaurant or the perfect day tour, I love being able to offer personalised suggestions to my clients,” she says.
Kyra is known for her personable and approachable nature, and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure her clients have the “perfect” itinerary. From start to finish, she will help you every step of the way, from brainstorming potential destinations to choosing which seat you’d like on the plane.
“I make sure my clients are 100% confident with the adventure they're embarking on,” she says. “Most of all, I love it when my clients return home with such amazing stories they are eager for me to begin planning their next unforgettable time away”.
One of Kyra’s clients recently returned from Africa with stories of a safari where 35 lions strolled right past them. She’s now a repeat client. “I love sending travellers on wildlife focused tours, as well as high-end touring and cruising itineraries,” she says.
On her own holidays, Kyra has other interests. “I'm a big foodie, plus I love learning about the culture and history of a destination whilst marvelling at beautiful architecture.”
Having travelled to over 25 countries, Kyra is very well-travelled – from Russia, Mexico and French Polynesia to Japan, Vietnam, and Canada.
Her favourite place? Norway, for the “absolutely spectacular scenery”. And her second favourite? The USA. “Each city is completely different and there are stunning national parks. Hawaii is such an easy holiday too with great food and shopping, plus beautiful beaches, waterfalls and treks.”
Kyra is of full of helpful tips to make sure your holiday runs smoothly and you don’t miss a single highlight. “Saint Basil's Cathedral is very popular to visit in Russia, but I would recommend visiting Church of the Saviour on Spilled Blood in St. Petersburg. It's absolutely spectacular,” she says.
She also recommends stopping by “stunning” Sainte-Chapelle de Paris, climbing to the top of the Church of Our Saviour in Copenhagen for fantastic views, and “eating a traditional Finnish meal at Ravintola Savotta in Helsinki”. - Senior Consultant
Laura Peut
“My favourite part of my job is that special moment, when I get to hand over a client’s travel documents and wish them a wonderful and safe journey”. Meet Laura. Her love for travel is evident, in her personal storytelling and highly professional service.
Laura says it was her dream to work in the travel industry, for as long as she can remember. “I have always wanted to see as much of this beautiful world as possible, and one day, build a career around that,” says Laura. “So you might say, I am now living my dream every day.”
So which part of the world ranks highest, on the list of someone who has visited more than 50 countries? Laura says Turkey is the most beautiful and diverse country she has ever been to. No doubt she also recalls it fondly due to the memorable local encounter she had here. Laura tells a touching story of a lady she met on the street in Cappadocia who invited her back home for lunch. “Everyone lives in caves,” Laura recalls. “It was incredible to see how they lived - without any electricity - and to help her prepare an authentic spread for lunch. It was something special that I will never forget.”
Laura’s extensive travel knowledge is partly owed to a six-month sabbatical she took from work, to explore Central and South America. “Every time one of my clients flies to, or stops over in, Buenos Aires, I give them a secret tip, about one of my favourite, romantic cities that’s just one hour away,” teases Laura. “I love hearing how much they loved it when they return.”
She is passionate about river cruising, and has some excellent first-hand advice for those new to cruising. Having been to Indonesia five times, Laura is also an expert on Bali and the Gili Islands.
Forget Google, chances are Laura can answer your next travel query. - Senior Consultant
Marie Holman
Marie Holman feels blessed to work with her “incredibly experienced, caring and supportive team” at the beautiful Chirn Park Travel Associates office. She says it’s her “dream working role” to create amazing travel experiences for clients. “As a parent of a child with special needs, I am so grateful to work part-time and have this amazing career in travel which is both rewarding and fun,” she says.
With 14 years’ experience in travel and more than 25 stamps in her passport, Marie has lived in the UK and travelled much of Africa, Asia, the USA, Australia and New Zealand. Her passion for travel is undeniable – especially the kind that involves wildlife encounters, scuba diving, adventure travel and cruising.
When booking your next holiday, Marie recommends quality over quantity. “Immerse yourself in a place or country for days or weeks – it’s no fun packing and unpacking each night. Unpack, unwind and explore!”
She also believes in the power of remaining considerate and thoughtful wherever you go. “Be kind – always – but on every trip. Small random acts of kindness are good for the soul.” One particular trip she’ll never forget is visiting a local village school in Ubud, in Bali. “We brought stationery and art supplies for the students, then spent an hour with them observing their talent for drawing.”
Marie is dedicated when it comes to helping her clients. For one very special client staying in Uluru, she worked hard to arrange a private six-and-a-half-hour "One With the Lot" helicopter experience taking in the breathtaking sights of Uluru, Kata Tjuta and Lake Amadeus, with a landing at Kings Canyon Resort.
In their client testimonials, Marie’s clients leave rave reviews. Marlene Klinberg said she has booked so many trips with Marie that she has “lost count” and that “nothing is ever too much trouble for her”. “Marie goes above and beyond to organise an amazing trip,” she wrote.
Brad and Helen Francis were also impressed: “Marie has been most respondent to any of our changed travel plans over the years, has been good humoured and shown genuine care with the areas of the world we have visited.”
When it comes to her own travels abroad, Marie says India really is incredible thanks to the magic of its “colour, culture, history, food and friendly people”. But perhaps her most lifechanging experience of all was while overlanding through Central and Eastern Africa. “I’ll never forget hiking up a volcanic mountain range to spend an hour with a family of Gorillas in Rwanda. It was unforgettable and truly humbling.” - Senior Consultant

Every day he steps into the office at Chirn Park Travel Associates is another day to realise his passion for travel and exceptional customer service.
“I love going places myself and it gives me great pleasure to help other people to experience the wonders of travel too. Offering my assistance and recommendations never feels like a task – I get so much joy from it – and I love getting to know about places I haven't yet been able to experience.”
With a Certificate IV in Tourism, over 41 stamps in his passport and six years’ experience as a professional travel adviser, Sasha is the person you want behind your next holiday. In particular, he has a vast wealth of experiences to draw on when it comes to Europe, the USA and cruising.
In their testimonials, Sasha’s clients leave glowing reviews, which attest to his qualities as a travel adviser. Sheldon Steyn said Sasha is his “one and only go-to guy when it comes to travel” and that “his services are highly valued”. Lee Miller refers to Sasha as the “god of travel”. He wrote: “He makes everything we desire turn into a reality at usually an incredible price and turns all our stress and anxiety into pure excitement! Wouldn't go anywhere else!”
Taylor Wheildon is another happy customer. “Sasha has a wealth of knowledge and makes your experience of booking a holiday convenient, efficient and enjoyable. Sasha is personable and committed to finding a trip that is best suited to you and your needs, everything you could want and need! Whenever I have queries or need anything, Sasha is always there to help.”
When he’s not busy booking his clients’ holidays, Sasha takes the chance to see more of the world himself. “I really enjoyed the Orient Express from Singapore to Bangkok and the history you learn along the way.”
His favourite destination is the Maldives. “I love the warm sun, vibrant colours and luxury of going 5-star and all-inclusive.” He’s also a fan of doing Vegas in five-star comfort, but his “number one place” of all when it comes to travelling in style is the Giorgio Armani Hotel in Dubai’s Burl Khalifa tower. “It’s the best of the best, giving you only luxury”. - Senior Consultant

Danielle Jackson
For Danielle at Chirn Park Travel Associates, every day brings a new bucket list to tackle. “I love helping people tick off those bucket list destinations. As cliche as it may sound, I love what I do because I’m making dreams a reality! And who doesn’t love talking about travel all day long?”
Danielle can tailor exactly the kind of holiday you’re dreaming about. In particular, she has a great deal of expertise and knowledge to share when it comes to destination weddings and group holiday bookings.
She’s also happy to go to great lengths to help pull off the perfect proposal. “Three of my clients got engaged on their holidays last year, and all three gentlemen had me help them plan the proposal – even as far as creating some fake documents so the girls had no idea where they were going!”
It’s clear that all of Danielle’s clients are extremely happy with the unbeatable service and guidance they receive. Rosalie and Merv Foster wrote: “We were fortunate to meet Danielle when we were novice travellers and with her guidance have had many varied travel experiences since. Untroubled travels to Europe, North and South America, Asia and cruising have created many great memories. Thank you, to our friend and travel professional, Dani.”
John Hodges was also impressed. He wrote: “We have booked multiple cruises and overseas holidays with Danielle. Danielle has always displayed professional and courteous qualities when dealing with myself and my wife. As Danielle has vast travel experience herself, she is very enthusiastic when making suggestions for a perfect holiday. We will continue to book all of our travel with Danielle.”
Having ticked off over 37 destinations on her own bucket list, Danielle has a vast array of tried-and-tested travel tips from her time travelling through Africa, Europe, Asia, Australasia and the Americas.
If she had to pick a favourite, it would be Hawaii for the winning combination of beach, nature, wildlife, and shopping. She’ll also never forget her time sailing Croatia, which she highly recommends. “I just loved the carefree nature of the trip – swimming in the ocean a few times a day, cocktails on the rooftop, and that sea breeze. It’s unbeatable.”
Perhaps her most memorable travel experience of all however was an Avalon river cruise with a very special family member. “Travelling in luxury with my grandmother was a wonderful and cherished memory.” Shannon Vogel

Alana DeBritt
You might call Alana DeBritt the cupid of the travel game.
With a knack for crafting unique, indulgent and often romantic travel experiences, Alana is your go-to adviser for honeymoons, anniversaries and all things luxury.
Whether it’s an overwater bungalow in the Maldives, a cosy mountain getaway or a luxury safari experience, Alana has not only the knowledge but also the first-hand experience to create a memorable and perfectly personalised holiday.
For one couple, Alana has had the pleasure of being involved in three big milestone trips.
“I met a lovely couple and booked a trip for them on which they got engaged. They had such a good time they came back when it was time to book their honeymoon, and again for their babymoon! It was so special to play a role in three such big occasions for the couple,” says Alana.
When it comes to luxury, Alana puts the Maldives at the top of her list.
“If you are going to the Maldives, make sure you do it right and book an overwater bungalow with a plunge pool. Nothing beats popping open a bottle of bubbles in the pool with the sun setting over the turquoise ocean. Absolute bliss,” says Alana.
Winter travel is another one of Alana’s passions. But she insists it’s not all about the skiing.
“When going on a ski holiday, make sure you allow enough downtime to enjoy some of the other winter experiences on offer, like dog sledding, hot pools and getting cosy by the fireplace. The Scandinave Spa in Whistler is a must-do after a big day on the slopes, followed by a classic Caesar cocktail at Rimrock,” says Alana.
What Alana loves most about her work is listening to a client’s hopes and dreams for their holiday, and then exceeding their expectations. And that’s exactly what she did for her clients Jeanette and Mark.
“We got engaged on one of the amazing trips Alana planned for us. Alana knew it was happening and called the hotel to arrange for a surprise bottle of wine, chocolates and flowers to be left in our room while we were out. What a beautiful thought! If you want a 5-star consultant, contact Alana!”
Clients Gloria and Paul were just as impressed with Alana’s dedication to creating the perfect holiday for them.
“Nothing is ever too difficult with Alana. She has even been available to help us on her days off. Whether it’s costing a flight or booking last minute accommodation. And because of her experiences, she can always suggest something special to do at the destination.”
